This 8 hour course is a prerequisite for the Illinois Conceal Carry Course. Anyone with prior military and law enforcement experience is exempt from this course. Please join our mailing list and let us know which date you would like to attend. Once we receive your request, we will send you paperwork to complete before you come to your class. Please note, class size is strictly limited to 12 people.

This 8 hour course is taken after the Basic Pistol Course (if applicable), and upon successful completion, you will be able to apply for your Illinois Concealed Carry License.

The successful completion of this 3 hour course, will allow you to re- apply for your Illinois Concealed Carry License. You should bring your F.O.I.D. Card, proper clothing, as we shoot outside, your concealed carry firearm with holster (if you have one) at least 30 rounds of ammunition, and a positive attitude.

This course is designed for those who are planning on becoming a Range Safety Officer. You will learn how to ensure a range is safe to use, conduct range safety briefings for shooters, handle ammunition and gun malfunctions safely, supervise safety aspects of shooting activities, and handle emergency procedures as established by the range management.
